Most houses are not plumbed with a return plumbing line to the water heater that would allow a recirculation pump to have the hot water pumped in a circuit to keep the water hot in the lines for your immediate use.

Tucson Plumbing can install an “after market” pump to your water heater so that it pushes the hot water through the lines to keep the water hot and available to you, when you want it. When the water cools in the pipes, the bypass valve, that is installed at your farthest fixture, will open to allow hot water to flow and push the tepid water back to the water heater through the cold lines creating its own circuit.
We also install tankless water heaters with built-in pumps that will help push the hot water through your home to have hot water whenever you need it with or without a dedicated return line.
